1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trust Unit Credit Union's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our services.

2. Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Electronic Banking

Our online banking services allow you to view accounts, make transfers, pay bills, and manage finances. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes.

4. Transfers & Payments

Transfer limits apply to all accounts. Wire transfers may incur processing fees. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all transfer information provided.

5. Fees & Charges

Current fee schedules are available upon request. We will provide advance notice of any fee changes. Standard wire transfer fees are $25 for domestic and $45 for international transfers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Trust Unit Credit Union shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through our online banking portal.
